PAXAFE seeks to actively participate and co-operate with staff at all levels to maintain measurable, accountable high standards of information security and product quality. Objectives are set and reviewed quarterly as part of the management review process.
PAXAFE has prepared and documented an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which aims to ensure potential information security issues have been identified and controlled, and a Quality Management System to ensure continued customer satisfaction, process improvement and assessing and mitigating risks.
We firmly believe that certification to ISO 27001:2013/2022 and ISO 9001:2015 is essential in our commitment to ensuring information security, customer satisfaction, continued growth, and improvement of our company.
This policy is communicated, understood, and applied within the organization and is available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
Management has ultimate responsibility for Quality, but we ensure all employees understand their responsibilities within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole company.
